5. Shipping and Delivery

• We offer nationwide shipping in Pakistan.
• Orders placed before 4 PM will be shipped the same day; orders placed after 4 PM will be shipped the next business day.
• Orders placed after 4 PM on Saturday will be shipped on Monday.
• Shipping is free for orders over PKR 5,000; a flat PKR 150 delivery fee applies to orders below PKR 5,000.
• Estimated delivery time is 3 to 4 business days via Trax, Leopards, or PostEx.

6. Returns and Refunds

• We offer a 30-day return policy.
• If we send the wrong item or size, we will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or exchange.
• If you ordered the wrong size, you may request an exchange, but return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will send a replacement at no extra charge.
• Refunds are processed within 4 to 5 business days after receiving the returned item.
