Nationwide Delivery

The Jeans Express proudly delivers all across Pakistan. Our warehouse is located in Karachi, ensuring swift and efficient shipping.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • All orders placed before 4:00 PM (Pakistan Time) are shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Saturday after 4:00 PM will be shipped on Monday.

Delivery Partners & Estimated Time

We use Trax, Leopards, and PostEx for our shipments.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3 to 4 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • FREE delivery on orders over PKR 5,000.
  • For orders below PKR 5,000, a flat shipping charge of PKR 150 applies.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number to track your order on the courier’s website.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • If an item is missing from your package, contact us with your order details.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You can modify or cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • If you need to make changes, contact our support team as soon as possible.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us, reshipping charges will apply.
