2. Non-Delivery of Order

  • If your order is not delivered, we will initiate a full refund.

3. Ordered the Wrong Size?

  • If you ordered the wrong size, but we sent the correct size, you can request an exchange.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately.
  • We will send a replacement at no extra cost, and we will bear the return shipping charges.
